One of the most credible no-code agent platforms on paper right now: experienced team, $25M raised, positive early feedback. But there isn't enough perspective yet—very few independent customer reviews to date. We present it as a documented analysis, not a hands-on test: try it on a noncritical use case first.
What exactly is it?
Creao AI is an agent platform: instead of answering and then forgetting, the chat produces a persistent agent connected to your services (messaging, code repositories, spreadsheets, and about thirty claimed integrations) that executes tasks repeatably. Founded in 2024 in Cupertino, the company has raised $25M, including a round led by Prosperity7 Ventures in April 2026.
The agentic no-code bet is crowded (dozens of players in 2026); Creao's traction — 200,000 claimed users since launch — puts it among the leaders, but the product is still young and the ecosystem of independent reviews is virtually nonexistent. This is the criterion that caps our rating.
What we verified — and what we couldn't verify
Complete transparency: unlike our GLM and HappyScribe pages, this one is not not a real-world test. We checked the company (existence, funding, team—all solid), its reputation (positive Product Hunt feedback, no indication of questionable business practices, but very few independent customer reviews), and the consistency of its claims. We have not yet run a Creao agent on a real-world case; this page will be updated when we do.
This lack of reviews isn't a hidden flaw—it is the normal state of a product launched in late 2025. But it requires a specific approach: start with the free or minimal tier, on a task where failure costs nothing, and connect only noncritical accounts to it.
Pricing
Subscription-based model with an individual entry tier and team tiers. As with any young product, pricing changes: check the current price, and as a matter of principle, beware of annual commitments to a platform with less than two years of history.

Is there a free, local alternative?
Yes, if you do a little coding: CrewAI or LangChain on Ollama let you build local, free, private agents—your data never leaves your machine. It requires more integration work, and that is exactly what Creao sells by saving you from it. Our guides cover both approaches.
Can I connect my work email to an AI agent?
Technically, yes—it is the core of the product. The real question is governance: a connected agent reads whatever you give it to read. For a professional mailbox, first check your internal policy and what the provider does with the data—and never connect an account that has access to regulated information.
