The snippet

Card-sized layout (max 600×400px) meant to sit in a grid of article cards. Dark theme by default. The sandbox attribute is optional but recommended: it isolates the widget from the rest of your page.

WordPress, Ghost, Webflow…

WordPress (Gutenberg): add a Custom HTML block and paste the iframe. No plugin needed.
WordPress (classic editor): switch to the Text tab, paste, then back to Visual to preview.
Ghost / Substack: use the HTML or Embed block.
Webflow / Wix: add an Embed element and paste.
Notion: type /embed, then paste the widget URL directly.

Good practice

Center it with max-width:600px;margin:0 auto; so it lines up with a 1- or 3-column grid.
Pre-set usage to match the article (a coding post → usage=code).
Leave the dropdowns visible — that is what turns a static card into a small interactive tool. Hide them only for a purely editorial placement.
Match accent to your own brand color for a native feel.

Frequently asked questions

Does the widget track my visitors?

No. The widget makes a single same-origin request for a small JSON file (the precomputed top-3 rankings) and sets no cookies. It ships no analytics, no fingerprinting, and no third-party requests of any kind.

Do I need to keep any attribution?

Yes — that's the only condition. The widget is free to use, including on commercial sites, as long as the “Powered by bestllmfor.com” credit in its footer stays visible and un-hidden.

Can I change the GPU or use case it opens with?

Yes, entirely through the iframe's URL — see the parameters table below. The reader can still change both from the widget's own dropdowns unless you pass `form=0`.

License & terms

Free to use, including on commercial sites. The only condition: keep the “Powered by bestllmfor.com” credit visible in the widget’s footer. No tracking, no cookies, no third-party requests are added by embedding it — the widget only reads its own public API data (/api/widget-top3.json, CC BY 4.0).
